The surveys are in and the critics are raving!  Our 10th anniversary masters conference in Destin, Florida May 19-21 was the best ever, with over 100 Masters agents and invited guests in attendance.  Guest speakers included Earl Lee, president of PREA, Todd Duncan, author and sales trainer, Pat Flood, chairman and CEO of HomeBanc, and top Prudential Realtor, Lynn Hodges who educated, inspired and entertained the crowd.

Masters enjoyed networking time together and a panel discussion with guests John and Linda Monroe and their assistant, Carissa McConkey of the Northwest office.  The event was capped off with a red carpet Hollywood gala celebrating “10 Years in a Starring Role”, where guests dressed as their favorite star or in their best Hollywood attire.

Dan Forsman and Toni McGowan congratulated the Masters with a special anniversary cake, and founder, Ed Erbesfield led a champagne toast.   Special music was provided by our own talented Masters, Sharon Adcock, from our Duluth office and Stephen Walker, from our Peachtree City office.   HomeBanc Mortgage, McCalla Raymer and Arrow Exterminators were sponsors of the event.

From the opening “Gone with the Wind” skit featuring Rhett (Dan) and Scarlett (Toni), to the “Prudential Masters Rock!” airplane banner flying over the beach, to the incredible gifts and special surprises each day, our 10th Anniversary masters Conference was nothing short of outstanding!  A big “thank you!” to each and every Masters agent who attended and made it so very memorable.

Masters Quotables…

“You helped to create Masters, made it what it is today and laid the foundation for everything it can be in the future.”- Dan Forsman  and Toni McGowan

“It is impossible to manage 1 hour and end up with two.”  Todd Duncan, Masters Conference speaker

"Help other agents in your market, or new agents in your office. If you see someone's sign has fallen down, stop and put it up. Share your marketing ideas with new agents in your company." Lynn Hodges, Masters Conference speaker
