|PRUDENTIAL GEORGIA REALTY’S TEAMBUILDER PROGRAM EXPERIENCING GREAT SUCCESS IN FIRST SIX MONTHS|
Atlanta, GA—June 25, 2004–Prudential Georgia Realty unveiled two new incentive programs to its sales associates in late 2003. In their first six months, the TeamBuilder and DreamBuilder programs have raised the bar for agent benefits.
The DreamBuilder program is a 401(k) enrollment program for real estate agents and is believed to be the first of its kind for a residential real estate company in Georgia. To date, more than 100 Realtors have enrolled.
The TeamBuilder program is a referral reward program for existing Prudential Georgia Realty associates. The company wanted to build its agent base with additional quality sales associates. It turned to its existing agents for help.
“The best person to recommend a Realtor to this company is a sales associate who’s already here and is a raving fan,” said Prudential Georgia Realty president and CEO Dan Forsman. “Realtors respect the opinion of fellow agents in the industry. A personal referral speaks volumes more than any ad or brochure.”
The referring agent, as a reward for recommending Prudential to other agents in the industry, then receives a percentage of the referred associate’s commission for the entire time both agents remain with the company. In just six months, more than 120 sales associates have joined Prudential Georgia Realty as a result of TeamBuilder program referrals. The second round of TeamBuilder commission checks were sent out at the end of the 2004 first quarter.
“It’s a way to thank our agents for helping us build an even better, more full service team of sales associates,” explained Forsman. “And it’s additional income agents can count on each quarter, not at year-end after all company expenses have been paid, like at some real estate companies.”
Due to the overwhelming response of experience agents joining the firm, Prudential has named Training Director DeAnn Spivey to be the corporate liaison for welcoming these agents and ensuring a seamless transition to the company. With DeAnn’s assistance, such top-producing Realtors will be able to stay focused on their real estate business while all the details of changing companies are handled on their behalf.
